I'm Silvi, and this is my kitchen.

I've spent decades cooking — across Sicily, around the Mediterranean, and through the comforting traditions of European home cooking — and in all that time I've never lost the feeling that food is really about love. A pan of spaghetti and meatballs, a loaf pulled warm from the oven, a table of people who didn't know each other an hour ago, now laughing together. That's the magic I get to be part of, and it never gets old.

Silvi's Kitchen grew out of that simple joy. Whether I'm guiding a first-timer through their very first sourdough, rolling fresh pasta on a Saturday morning, or cooking for a celebration in someone's home, my greatest happiness is cooking alongside people — sharing not just recipes, but the heart I put into them.

I believe good food should reach everyone. That's why, alongside my classes and private cooking, I offer a gentler kind of help too — for anyone who finds shopping and cooking a struggle. Sometimes a warm meal and a bit of company in the kitchen is worth more than anything on a menu.
